Enthusiastic about selecting quality, we have created an offer in the distribution of 100% natural foods, based on the selection and control of productions from diferent origins, such as honey, walnuts and Moldovan plums, Cantabrian anchovies, preserves and fresh of duck and goose from Bulgaria and Hungary. Our selection of Acacia, Linden, Sunflower, Sage and Multiflower honey makes us feel the pure and natural nectar of these flowers. To be able to offer this, honey is classified and analyzed when it’s picked up, to determine the flower group that it belongs to, as regulated by the EC. The INTERTEK laboratory, in addition to SOIVRE controls, guarantee its sanitary quality.
You surely have in your memory the banana plantations that lined the roads that, in order to shade the animal-drawn carriages, linked the towns and cities of many places. Today, as if time hadn’t stopped, we can still see bordering Moldavian roads, native walnut trees that, in addition to shading, delights us with their fruit. This is how we discover the quality of these plantations, from where we offer our PREMIUM selection with the guarantee of ISO 22000: 2005 certification in its cultivation, harvesting, classification and packaging. The range of products we offer go from cold-pressed extra virgin oil, dried fruit, or to the numerous classifications of use in HORECA, bakery with walnuts in pieces and flour.
We are not going to discuss the benefits of dried plum as for it’s health contribution, but we do want to offer the Stanley variety, as one of the tastiest varieties of hydrated dry plum with no added sugars. Simply natural, with or without hand-extracted bone, and with a refined presentation.
Under the SUPEIXO brand, we present our Cantabrian fishing, delicious anchovies, gildas banderillas and olives stuffed with anchovies, in olive and vegetable oil. The manual processing of anchovy sets us apart. Consult our HORECA and domestic formats.
Preserves and fresh frozen fatty duck and goose complete our selection for the moment. We offer canned and glass preserves of thigh, gizzards and candied and fresh spot frozen individually packaged and IQF of magret, thigh, escalope and liver.
